Step One - Signing In
Purchase is limited for BuyGame2.com member only. Please create an account before placing your order. To register to be our member, please click here.
Created your account, you enter your login name and password to sign in by clicking "Login" button. Once you sign in successfully, you can begin to go shopping.


Step Two - Finding Items
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Browse lists and Keyword search boxes are located on left side of our store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.


Step Three - Adding or Editing Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item from BuyGame2.com, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, you can keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order.

You can edit or access the contents of your order at any time by clicking "View Shopping Cart" button at the top of every page of our web site.


Step Four - Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the "View Shopping Cart " button at the top of the page. You can edit or remove any item from you cart.

If you decide to finish purchase, click the "Check Out" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.


Step Five - Confirm Delivery Address
Default shipping address depends on your membership information. You can request to ship to any address by edit the default shipping address.


Step Six - Select Purchasing Option

  We can pack the items as a gift and attach a card with the parcel. You can request us to write any text in the card for you. You can give a surprise to any person!

• Specify custom value
  We will not respond to pay any import tax for the shipment.
  However, customer can request us to mark down the Declaration Value of the shipment in order to help Reduction in Tax.
  
  Due to some Countries Custom Charge "Increditable" Import Tax from the Parcel, so we allow customer to make some adjustment on the custom sheet.
  However, "Parcel Value" cannot be marked over the Exact Value and the Value you put on is the Maximum Make up Amount from Post Office in case of the Parcel is lost. You must fully response for this.
  
  
• Select Insurance
  We offer you a Speedpost insurance service if your parcel shipping by Speedpost.
  
  Premium US$5.3 will be applied for Sum Insurred not exceeding US$325.
  Premium US$8 will be applied for Sum Insurred US$326- US$657.
  Premium US$13 will be applied for Sum Insurred US$658- US$1316.
  
  # We will make a claim for you if your EMS parcel against the event of loss or damage during delivery from Hong Kong to overseas.

Step Seven- Review and Submit Your Order

The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click "Final Confirm Order"button to submit your order.

Once you place your order, our system will send you a "Shopping Record" for your reference.

Received your Shopping order, we will check with our stock list. We will send you a confirmation e-mail within 2 working days to let you to make the payment.

We will send you another e-mail at the time of shipment. You will see estimated shipment and delivery dates in the e-mail.

InternationalRegistered Airmail

Every registered airmail parcel needs receiver sign up to take the parcel. Even when no receiver at home, the parcel will be brought back to Post Office and you will be informed to pick up. This prevents the risk of stole of parcel.
Each registered air parcel, we will get a receipt. Thus, in the case of losing of parcel, we will fill in the tracking form at Post Office by attach a copy of the Receipt. Then our Post Office will start an investigation and send us a Hard Copy Report after two weeks. If the tracking process the lost of parcel is due to the careless of Post Office staff. Then the Post Office will refund to us.

We provide One Year Warranty for all video console (cost of parts are excluded). The product will be directly sent to us with a warranty when claiming for repairing.
